01Our story

A family business, built on supply.

Xanaano began in May 2006 as a supplier of medicines, laboratory reagents and instruments. We are still family-owned and family-run today.

From the start, we have served hospitals, universities, technical institutes, veterinary practices, and local industrial and pharmaceutical companies. We buy from leading international manufacturers, store every product properly, and deliver safely and on time at fair prices.

We started for a simple reason. Essential medicines are often hard to find in Somalia, and without strong drug controls, quality can't be taken for granted. Our job is to make sure the medicines that reach patients are reliable and handled with care at every step.

We also supply animal and plant medicines to farmers, with free advice on how to use them well.
